"A Roadmap for Embedding Resilience into Your Change Strategy"

The need for resilience has never been more evident, and the topic is top of mind for most of us. Yet there is a great lack of practical guidance on systematically developing systems and strategies for building and supporting resilience in organizations. This presentation will start by summarizing what resilience is and how it works (hint: it's not just about "bouncing back"), and use this framework to outline approaches in 3 areas of application:

  • Designing change initiatives to tap into the resilience of participants
  • Building systemic resilience to enable change effectiveness, increased engagement, and reduced burnout
  • Preparing leaders to model and support resilience

You will walk away with a foundational set of concepts and tools you can start to apply immediately.
