"8 Steps to Developing a Sound Route for Change"

Even before the current global psyche was forever challenged and changed by COVID-19, leaders were responding to a constantly accelerating and ever-evolving change cycle. We’ve all learned a lot about how quickly we can execute when needed and how critical planning is – even when execution needs require agile adaptation.

MapMyChangeTM is a resource for helping leaders to find their route – or create new ones. It is structured much like you would structure training for an athletic event, including ways to assess and ensure your organization’s fitness for change.

Based on proven models (Kotter, Prosci, Lewin) and enhanced with neuroscience research and “brain hacks”, the MapMyChangeTM workbook leads you through 8 steps to produce a sound route for leading and managing your change. We start with Evaluate Your Fitness Level and end with advice on how to Create Muscle Memory. This workbook ensures you equip your team to not just complete this route, but to identify and be ready to excel on the next one. Join us to learn more about this soon-to-be-released resource for change leaders, sponsors, and managers.
