"Advancing Your Strategic Contribution in a Post-Pandemic World"

Our world is changing in ways that will ask much more of us as change professionals. Our work will inevitably need to address more complex and transformational strategies once our organizations resume functioning in new ways. We need to be able to navigate this complexity by expanding our perspectives, voices and skills. We will likely need to help produce solutions to more complex initiatives, support employees and projects to re-engage, increase our impact with change sponsors and project leaders, and see new ways to ensure full adoption and sustainment of project outcomes. This session features how to do this through an expanded set of lenses for seeing complexity--the four primary “Sights” that reflect the mindsets and capabilities we need to develop.
Seeing through the four Sights enables us to address complexity from a broader perspective to generate solutions we would otherwise miss. This is core to advancing our change leadership contribution. The four Sights we will explore include Seeing Systems, Seeing Process, Seeing Internal and External Dynamics, and Seeing Consciously. Come learn the benefits of these ways of seeing and the valuable nuances they provide when solving our most complex challenges. We will use the shared experience of the Covid Pandemic to demonstrate these advantages.
