About Melanie Franklin

Director, Agile Change Management LTD

Responsible for the successful delivery of effective change for over twenty years. She is acknowledged as a thought leader in Change Management, through academic research and practical consulting for global organisations as diverse as the United Nations, National Grid US and central government functions in Europe and the Middle East.

She is Co-Lead of the Change Management Institute UK, Chief Examiner for the Agile Change Agent certification and a respected author of text books and articles on change. Her previous roles include CEO of a consulting and training organisation, Director of Global Transformation Programmes, Global Head of Business Continuity and Crisis Management and Head of Project and Programme Management. She is currently overseeing two major transformations, one impacting 200,000 staff and one requiring the restructuring of a UK/US business.
